The purpose of this site is to provide information on how liberal federal judges wrongfully legislated from the bench, depriving Minnesota of its sovereignty over state-owned waters surrounding Voyageurs National Park (VNP) and giving them to the federal government. These waters include Rainy Lake, Namakan Lake, Sand Point Lake and Lake Kabetogama.

To gain an in-depth understanding of the state's water rights conflict with the federal government, please read the Documents and Letters & Editorials included in this site.
We urge all Minnesota citizens and citizens nationwide to support Minnesota's initiative asking the U.S. Supreme Court to repeal the ruling by a liberal three-judge panel on the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and restore the state's sovereignty over its waters surrounding Voyageurs National Park. To assist in achieving this objective, please contact your local, state and federal elected officials and ask for their support.
State sovereignty is deeply embedded in the United States Constitution and must be strongly defended if we are to survive as a free people and as a nation.
